Description: Enjoy a meal down the centre of the greenhouse! Surrounded by tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers – learn what it takes to get these products from farm to plate! Arrive at 6:30 for a tour and welcome cocktail while you explore the greenhouse and garden. The 5 course dinner prepared by Chef Pierre Lamielle & Chef Judy Wood will highlight and show case the best vegetables growing right beside you – literally farm to plate! Live music by Amelie Patterson.

Description: Join us in the amazing gardens of Field & Canvas on a 100 year old potato plantation. Fellow farm girl Jess will be showcasing her beautiful flower gardens and filling us in on her family farm. The 5 course dinner highlighting edible florals throughout the menu and cocktails will be cooked up by Lil Truck on the Prairie. Live music by Johnny and the Stray Hearts.

Where: Born Colorado Brewing – Shirleys Greenhouses – Westway Farms Ltd.

Description: Join us as we move from glass to farm. Start the day at Born Colorado Brewing (Calgary, AB) where you will see where a special variety of Malt Barley from our farm has been made into beer! Tour the brewery and enjoy some sampling. The bus will then head off to our neighbour Shirley’s Greenhouses for a quick tour then ending the day at Westway Farms Ltd. for a tour of malt barley growing in the field, cattle, grain and equipment – finishing the day with a long table dinner by Lil Truck on the Prairie, music by David Bradford  and beer at the farm – Celebrating Alberta Open Farm Days!

Tickets: $125/person for whole day including bus (ONLY 50 Tickets for the bus/tour – 1pm Born Colorado Brewing – Calgary)
