THE WHO & WHY BEHIND SEASON & SUPPLY

Hi! Im Dayna – the one behind Season & Supply! My husband and I work on our family farm where we raise and finish cattle, grain farm, and have honey bees! I started Season & Supply after I noticed a disconnect between consumers (our urban friends!) and producers (us the farmers!) So I decided to host a long table dinner that showcased our beef and grains – and got neighbouring farms to contribute their locally and responsibly grown food products as well. Every ingredient we serve is sourced from local Alberta producers and each course is paired with Alberta made beer, spirits, and drink!

I have local producers speak at the dinners – educating guests on how things get from farm to plate or glass – it is our responsibility as farmers to educate our consumers and show people where their food comes from. Alberta is such a food rich and diverse province with so much to celebrate – Season & Supply is my way of creating meaningful connections in the community and sharing a meal and conversation around agriculture and beauty of Alberta’s Season & Supply!
